A Private Evening with Dr. Maya Soetoro-Ng

Event will be at a home on Mercer Island (address provided closer to date)
$500 per person, $1,000 per couple suggested minimum donation

Join us for a very special evening with Dr. Maya Soetoro-Ng, daughter of Dr. Stanley Ann Dunham and sister of President Barack Obama, to benefit the Stanley Ann Dunham Scholarship Fund. All funds raised from this event will go toward scholarships for senior girls at Seattle area high schools who exemplify Dr. Stanley Ann Dunham’s commitment to education, leadership, and community service. Help us expand this scholarship program to ensure more young women achieve their educational goals. All guests will have the opportunity to take a picture with Dr. Soetoro-Ng and will receive a signed copy of her children’s book “Ladder to the Moon.”

Heavy hors d’oeuvres and beverages provided.

Join us as we honor this year’s scholarship nominees and recipients from Mercer Island High School and Rainier Beach High School. Dr. Maya Soetoro-Ng, daughter of Dr. Stanley Ann Dunham and sister of President Barack Obama, will be our guest of honor as we celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the Stanley Ann Dunham Scholarship Fund. President Barack Obama and former First Lady Michelle Obama will be welcoming guests by video.
